Description
This top level oboe was made in 2010 and well kept throughout its life. The beautiful dark Loree tone is enhanced by the AK bore, which adds a lyrical quality.
Brian Charles has cleaned, oiled, adjusted, and play-tested this oboe in our shop, ensuring it’s ready for performance. It will be fully play-tested, and adjusted again just before it goes out on trial to you.
Condition:
Body: The grenadilla wood body is in excellent, better than expected condition. There are no cracks.
Keywork: The full conservatory, full plateau silver-plated keywork system is in clean, oiled, and fully adjusted condition. Some pads are new, while the others are in excellent condition.
