Description
Harry Vas Dias made this Jacob Denner model baroque oboe in 1976 (Nurnberg MIR 370). It’s pitched at A=415 and has a warm, rich tone – an easy playing instrument.
The body is beautiful boxwood finished in sweet almond oil. Tenon ends are hand wrapped thread and teflon. The 2 key system is handmade of brass.
A new reed, made by Mr. Vas Dias is included.
The beautiful wooden box was made for this instrument.
